New to College Place, big thank you to the technician who serviced our HVAC last week, and to Gary who serviced our Gas Fireplace yesterday – a wonderful job, efficient, careful, informative, and very patient with all of our questions. Thanks so much.

I cannot say enough good things about CP Heating. After buying a home in 2019 they moved and replaced my heat pump. Recently I made a mistake moving the thermostat and shorted the system—it was Friday afternoon before Christmas. They had someone out within hours to fix it and ended up not charging me. In Addition, Lance calls me at least once a year to remind me it needs servicing—I’m a horrible customer and usually don’t have them come out, but I appreciate that they keep calling me and taking care of me over 3 years after the job is done. Buy from them—they are honest and will take care of you.

Everyone at College Place Heating was compassionate about helping my home have heating once again after several very cold days. Blanche was so helpful in helping me find Lance, who sent Danny, my true hero! He was amazing at troubleshooting and now my home is warm again. Thank you so much for having a great team! Call this company first in Walla Walla and you won’t be disappointed!!

I appreciate the fast friendly service I receive from CP Heating & Air! From receptionist to service technicians, each one has been helpful and friendly. They are never too busy to answer my questions. I highly recommend this company!

I had a great experience with CP Heating and Air. From my first meeting and estimate with Lance, to the technician Gary who came to my house and did all the troubleshooting and work. My appointment was scheduled quickly and all work was done in the amount of time that was estimated. Gary was quick, knowledgeable, and efficient as well as pleasant to work with. The estimate was accurate and fair. Overall I would rate the whole experience 5 stars. I will definitely call CP Heating and Air for future service and recommend them highly.

Last week Eric serviced our heating/cooling unit. He is a knowledgeable employee who obviously loves his job and presents himself in a polite and professional manner. Thank you, Eric We have used College Place Heating & Cooling for over 20 years and have found them to be an extremely consistent “user-friendly” company. It’s remarkable that over the years every technician that has serviced our heat/cool unit has been well-trained and professional. When our furnace had to be replaced several years ago, the owner of the company personally took time to discuss all options so we could replace our unit with no stress. Outstanding team!!! I highly recommend this company for all your heat/cool needs!

First of all let me say I hardly ever give maximum rating. That said, this young man was knowledgeable, respectful, and technically proficient. He fix my A/C in no time and it is working better than it ever has since I bought the place 5 years ago. If I ever have another problem, you know who I’m calling!!!

We should have 10 stars for this person they are the best of the best. I had 3 months with no AC I called 4 places they told me it was total damage to my AC and I needed to buy a new one so I called CP and they offered to go to my place the same day I said no tomorrow is fine thy went an see it the GOOD News it can be fixed this people make my day and the price it was reasonable thank you

College Place Heating-Cooling came highly recommended. My furnace is old (age unknown) I am not impressed with the new (costly) equipment. My furnace went out over the Christmas holiday– two weeks after I had it serviced! For a second opinion I called CPHC, and they came right over (no extra fee) ordered my costly part, and installed it ASAP (no long wait). The thing is, Shane, Danny, and Lance were in full communication about my furnace, didn’t encourage me to replace it, and clearly enjoyed working on older models and if it broke they would fix it. I have 100% trust and confidence in their work and fair pricing. Bravo!

We had an excellent experience with CP Heating & Air. When our 25-year-old AC unit finally stopped working, we decided to replace our old furnace as well. After receiving four quotes from reputable companies in town, we chose CP Heating & Air. Kraig did a thorough job evaluating our home and provided recommendations based on both objective and subjective findings. Although their quote wasn’t the cheapest, it was clear they offered high-quality equipment and service. They also assisted us with a factory rebate and a potential tax write-off for choosing a certified heat pump. Kraig and his team were very professional, answering all our questions patiently. They installed a surge protector and relocated the unit without any issues. The installation process was quick and seamless, and our new unit has been working beautifully ever since. Since then, our house has now much more comfortable.

My first experience with College Place Heating came in the 1960s when my parents replaced their coal-fired furnace with a gas unit, supplied by CPH. They were very happy with it. When I became an adult, there was an opportunity to replace our oil furnace with a new, natural gas unit, AC included. We received multiple bids and went with Dennis Davis and CPH. In 2020, we bought another property that we knew needed an upgrade in the HVAC. We received multiple bids. CPH had not only the highest quality product but also the most reasonably priced and technologically superior product. The workmanship of the installation is second to none. Support after purchase is flawless. How can you sum it up? College Place Heating has a history, they don’t get stale in dealing with technology. As a matter of fact, they handle the highest quality products with the most competitive costs. It seems they get better and better with age.

We have about a 6 yr old new furnace and air conditioner that CPH&A installed. We get a call to check on the system once a year. The men that call on us are always friendly and professional and don’t come in the house with work boots on. This is appreciated. Danny was our last visitor and he was super nice and thorough. We’ve been fans of CPH&A since 2020 when we were in a Victorian home in downtown Walla Walla that had a steam heating system! They saved us money in many ways.
