We were founded in 1949 and have proudly served the Walla Walla Valley for more than 75 years. We're family-owned and operated, and we plan to be here for the next 100.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're fully licensed and insured (LIC# 600-129-164), NATE-certified, and a Daikin Comfort Pro. You're in experienced, accountable hands.

Do you install heat pumps and geothermal systems?
Absolutely. We install and service Daikin heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and WaterFurnace geothermal systems — along with traditional furnaces, boilers, and air conditioners.
Which HVAC brands do you carry?
As a Daikin Comfort Pro, we specialize in premium Daikin equipment, but we service and repair most major brands you'll find in valley homes.
How do I know if I should repair or replace my system?
As a rule of thumb, if a repair costs more than a third of a new system and your unit is 12–15+ years old, replacement often makes more sense. We'll give you an honest assessment — never a hard sell.

What are Precision Tune-Ups?
They're our prepaid maintenance visits that keep your system running efficiently, extend its life, and keep manufacturer warranties valid. We offer 1-, 2-, and 3-year plans for the best value.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — we offer flexible financing through Wells Fargo and Optimus on qualifying installations and replacements, so a new comfort system can fit your budget.
