They have taken care of my homes' and my Church's heat and air conditioning until the present. In 2001 we had a new home built in College Place, WA and they installed a heat pump and gas furnace as back up. They recently upgraded that system. Dennis, Lance, and the other son have been good advisers when I had questions. Our Church has an electric furnace that was installed in 1946 which has been a maintenance challenge. “Chris came out to do the semi-annual tune up on a day when I had laryngitis and no voice. He recommended a new filter, which I okayed. After he was finished, he suggested I call a plumber because he was concerned that my front outdoor water faucet was leaking in the crawl space. He was correct. There was a leak which my plumbers repaired. If Chris had not alerted me about this problem, I’m not sure when I would have known or how much damage it might have done. Thank you Chris.”
